to the excellence of this land’s extra virgin olive oil.

Bosana
Bosana is the most widespread olive variety in Sardinia, marked by medium-sized
fruits that turn from green to deep purple when ripe. It produces an oil with a
fruity taste with peppery and slightly bitter notes.

Semolina
Semidana is a cultivar typical of central-western Sardinia. The olives, of
medium size and green-yellowish in color, produce an oil with a delicate taste,
with notes of artichoke and almond, and a slightly sweet aftertaste.

Round of Cagliari
The Tonda di Cagliari is a variety found in southern Sardinia. Its olives,
round and medium-sized, produce an aromatic, fruity oil, with a
balance between sweet notes and slightly peppery ones.

Nera of Gonnos
Nera di Gonnos is a native variety from Campidano. Its olives, with a
black-purple color and medium size, are perfect for extracting rich, robust oils,
with a bold flavor profile that blends notes of ripe fruit.
