Milling Service
We provide third-party olive milling with a cold-extraction system.
An important point to stress is that crushing is carried out with a knife method so as not to stress the final product, i.e. the oil.
In 2014 we upgraded the plant with a new 30 ql/hour decanter, which allows the clarification of the oil being processed to be adjusted.
With the current 15 ql/hour decanter and the addition of the new decanter, we achieved a processing capacity of 45 ql/hour of olives.
Our Hours
During the milling season, olive delivery and oil collection will be at the following times:
Monday - Saturday : 08:30 - 12:30 / 14:30 - 18:30
Sunday: Closed
