Where do water and pomace end up?



Vegetation water
The Sansa
The vegetation water is stored inside our settling and storage tanks, then it is sucked up by a tanker truck and sent to a Biogas plant.
It is transported via a screw conveyor into a pit separator, whose purpose is to separate the pit of the crushed olive from the pomace. The depitted pomace is discharged into a trailer for delivery to a Biogas plant, while the pits are placed into bags and stored on pallets ready for sale.
